Top Ways to Reduce Tri-Planar Integration

1.  Hold your breath.
2.  Look at the floor when walking, running or performing PRI activities.
3.  Lie on a bed that has no support or lie on your stomach or both.
4.  Walk with one or both feet turned out.
5.  Don’t move or swing one arm during gait.
6.  Clench your teeth.
7.  Never schedule an optometrist appointment.
8.  Sit for one to two hours without walking.
9.  Don’t ever touch your toes while standing.
10.  Never squat.
