I have a question about the Modified All Four Belly Lift. When raising the left hand off the floor won’t the patient feel their right abdominals? The handout says left? Thanks for your email. When raising the left hand off the floor you will feel both abdominal groups, left and right, however, this technique is designed to initiate contralateral abdominals with an arm or hand lift so the handout should say right. We will change this text on future handouts. |
