COURSE MATERIALS
If you are attending a live (in-person) course, you will receive instructional material in a three-ring binder on the day of the course. You will also have access to a digital version of the course manual in your account one week before the course.
If you are participating in a live stream course, the course manual will be shipped out at least one week before the course, and we will ship it to the address that you provided with your registration and payment. You will also have access to a digital version of the course manual in your account one week before the course. (*International registrants will only receive digital access to the course manual.)
If you purchased a home study, you will receive an email within 24 hours after purchasing the home study with instructions to login and begin your home study online. (*Please note that you must order before 3pm CST on Friday to receive your online access information before the weekend,)
COURSE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Course tuition is refundable less $50 if cancelled 14 days before the course date. Tuition is non-refundable for registrations or cancellations within 14 days of the course. However, you may have someone attend in your place, or attend on another date. If you choose to attend on another date, a $50 fee applies to transfer your registration. PRI reserves the right to cancel a course and will refund the tuition fee only. Tuition is non-refundable on home study courses.
PRODUCT ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you purchased a Digital Download Product (Non-Manual Techniques CD, Non-Manual Techniques Video Program or Manual Techniques DVD), your order will be reviewed by the Postural Restoration Institute, and once approved, you will receive an email within one business day with instructions for download. Please note that if you have not taken the course associated with that product, your order will not be approved (for example: if you would like to purchase the Myokinematic Restoration CD, you first must have taken the Myokinematic Restoration course (Home Study or Live). Digital Download purchases that have been approved by PRI are non-refundable once the download instructional email has been sent to the purchaser.
If you purchase a Non-Manual Techniques CD or Manual Techniques DVD, provided the case is still sealed, you may return the product for a refund (minus the shipping charges) within 14 days. Non-Manual Techniques Video Program USBs are non-refundable once they have been shipped.
If you purchase Illustration(s), these are non-refundable once the order has been completed. If you purchase Restoring Alternation Daily Living Guides, these are non-refundable once shipped (non-customizabe orders) or once the customization step has been completed on the customer portal (customizable orders). For both of these products, shipping is included in the price of the product, as long as the product is being shipped within the United States. For all international orders, the customer will be notified of the shipping expense, and the product will not be shipped until the shipping expense has been paid.
