A native of Hyogo, Japan, Makiko Ise studied psychology at Konan University and finished the physical therapy program at Osaka Medical, Health and Welfare Professional Training College in 2009. After graduating from the college, she worked as a physical therapist at an outpatient orthopedic clinic as well as home-visit nursing rehabilitation services. Since 2015, she has been involved in the establishment of a rehabilitation room at an orthopedic clinic in Aichi Prefecture and works as a physical therapist. After maternity leave, she has been working at the Performing Arts & Sports Medicine Institute as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Client Officer since 2020. In addition to planning and managing online seminars, she also travels to classical ballet studios to provide personal support. Makiko lives in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
In February 2023, Makiko was certified as a first-year student of PRP-Japan (Postural Restoration Provider-Japan), and since May 2024, she has been an instructor for the Pelvis Restoration Course in Japan.
