What work does the host facility have to do?
- Sign PRI Course Hosting Agreement supplied by PRI
- Provide PRI with map and general directions to your facility.
- Provide 2-3 hotel recommendations nearby.
- Review the host requirements and notify PRI of any items unavailable.
- Receive course supplies (via UPS) the week of the course.
- Set-up the room the day before the course according to classroom-style set up.
- Purchase continental breakfast items and snacks for the course – PRI provides a list of recommended food items and reimburses up to $14/person.
- Provide a table for registration materials and ensure that all attendees sign-in, and complete release of liability form.
- Set up food during breaks.
- Assistance with local marketing.
What does PRI do?
- Advertise the course including a link to your website.
- Handles all registration and money for the course.
- Provides all course materials (manuals, certificates, release of liability for PRI and hosting facility, name-tags, etc.).
- Ships all course materials and tracks all boxes to ensure timely arrival.
- Coordinates all travel for instructors.
- Reimburses for food purchased with receipts (up to $14/person).
