Betsy is currently a physical therapist and performance and wellness coach based in Everett, WA. She was formerly an owner of Olympic Physical Therapy until selling the practice in 2015. She has been a PT since 1996, is a Certified Manual Physical Therapist, is Postural Restoration Certified since 2013, and is certified in myofascial trigger point dry needling.  In addition to patient care and clinical mentoring, she is also a performance and wellness coach helping people achieve their optimal metabolic and movement health. Her goal is to authentically connect with her patients and clients to help them optimize their individual long term lifestyle and functional goals, in addition to addressing short term symptom resolution. She is a lifetime learner, enjoying specialized advanced techniques to help change patient’s lives. Betsy has been a Professional Ski Instructor for over 30 years and has been an Official Medical Provider with the US Ski and Snowboard Teams since 2006, which allows her to blend her passions for both physical therapy and alpine skiing. She has also been an independent consulting PT with other international athletes. She lives in Everett with her golden retriever and her husband, who is also a professional skier and general contractor. When she is not working, she loves to adventure outdoors including kiteboarding, cycling, and experiencing new places with world travel.

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing. It is the responsibility of credentialed providers to update the Postural Restoration Institute if their license or certification has expired, been suspended, or revoked, so that they can be removed from the PRI Find a Provider map.
