Craig is a 2004 graduate of Grand Valley State University’s School of Health Professions – Physical Therapy Program. Prior to this, Craig studied Health Science and Health Care Administration at the same institution. He has worked in outpatient physical therapy clinics since 2000 as Staff and Supervising Physical Therapist. He served as the Lead Physical Therapist of the GVSU Athletics Department from 2014-2018, and has been recognized by GVSU for contributions to the College of Health Professions as Affiliated Clinical Faculty in the training and education of many graduate physical therapists in physical therapy assessment and treatment skills as a clinical instructor since 2006.

Craig and his business partners founded SIMIO Physical Therapy in 2008 with the support of the active West Michigan community. As SIMIO quickly became recognized for its unique specialties in neuroreflexive functional analysis, human movement and performance, posture, relaxation, as well as airway and breathing centered care, we expanded our wellness philosophy and relationships with other interdisciplinary providers including Dentists, Optometrists, and Podiatrists. In 2019 Craig earned his PRC™ credential and SIMIO was registered as and remains Michigan’s only Certified Postural Restoration Center™. In 2022, Craig continued to expand his interdisciplinary treatment skillset with the completion of a fellowship from the Applied Integration Academy™ which serves to build upon the foundational concepts of PRI® and integrate seamlessly with dentists and optometrists when neurodontic, and neurosensory intervention is needed. As a lifelong learner and teacher, Craig continues to actively enroll in coursework from PRI® and any other institution that enhances his ability to deliver care to patients or teach interdisciplinary integrative care to like-minded professionals.

SIMIO Health & Wellness offers a pro-active health restoration atmosphere founded on healthy living, functional movement, human performance, postural sense and respiration. Craig and his team of Physical Therapists, Movement specialists, as well as a growing community of Vision, Dental, Chiropractic, and Podiatric specialists are all aligned on the goal of health and movement restoration.

Postural Restoration Center

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing. It is the responsibility of credentialed providers to update the Postural Restoration Institute if their license or certification has expired, been suspended, or revoked, so that they can be removed from the PRI Find a Provider map. As Postural Restoration Institute places this responsibility on providers, it cautions consumers that they should not rely on Postural Restoration Institute’s website as evidence of a provider’s current licensure or certification status. Instead, the Postural Restoration Institute recommends that patients and clients wishing to verify a provider’s current licensure or certification status contact the relevant regulatory boards or reach out directly to the provider to ask for current verification of his or her licensure or certification. The Postural Restoration Institute is not liable for and disclaims any responsibility for services performed by PRI Credentialed providers.
