Diane Banderas graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha with her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. She earned her CSCS from the National Strength and Conditioning Association in 2015. Diane was a Division I middle blocker on the UNO volleyball team for five years, with fourteen total years of experience on the court both playing and coaching. In 2015 Diane was presented the, Maverick Muscle, award at the annual UNO Athletic Banquet representing her dedication and success within the competitive field of strength and conditioning.

In the summer of 2015, Diane was an intern with the Husker Power strength program under Boyd Epley and Mike Arthur at the University of Nebraska Lincoln; where she assisted with volleyball, baseball, softball, soccer, and gymnastics. Over the spring of 2016, she completed an internship with Cressey Sports Performance in Jupiter, Florida. At Cressey, Diane worked with MLB players during their spring training season in both rehab and strength training; becoming familiar with shoulder care and training regiments.

Diane has since been with The Xplosive Edge in Omaha, Nebraska as a Director of Sports Performance. Working mainly with youth athletes ages 8-18 years of age, Diane sees a wide range of clientele; including weekend warriors and the occasional professional/collegiate athlete seeking to make improvements in their movement and well-being. Throughout her time at Xplosive Edge she earned her Masters in Human Movement with a focus in Strength and Conditioning. Upon completing her Masters, she then went on to gain her PRT with the Postural Restoration Institute.

Diane is dedicated to helping her clients build physical and mental confidence in themselves, how they move, and how how they feel on a daily basis. She incorporates her knowledge of postural asymmetries within the strength and conditioning world to create well-balanced, alternating, reciprocal, injury-free athletes. Her passion is to aid others in becoming the best version of themselves and she continues to display her understanding that each client presents a unique body and personality that must be trained accordingly.

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing. It is the responsibility of credentialed providers to update the Postural Restoration Institute if their license or certification has expired, been suspended, or revoked, so that they can be removed from the PRI Find a Provider map. As Postural Restoration Institute places this responsibility on providers, it cautions consumers that they should not rely on Postural Restoration Institute’s website as evidence of a provider’s current licensure or certification status. Instead, the Postural Restoration Institute recommends that patients and clients wishing to verify a provider’s current licensure or certification status contact the relevant regulatory boards or reach out directly to the provider to ask for current verification of his or her licensure or certification. The Postural Restoration Institute is not liable for and disclaims any responsibility for services performed by PRI Credentialed providers.
