James is the business owner of Advanced Integrative Concepts LLC (AIC LLC) in Pearland, TX where he offers physical therapy consultation.   His treatments build on a 2-hour detailed initial assessments to include posture, gait, and physical examination based on PRI ® and Applied Integration Academy ™ (AIA) sciences.   Common patient presentations include ailments from postural asymmetries, sports related injuries, hip, spine, and other chronic ailments.

James is also a dental integration consultant.   By working closely with Houston area dentists, orthodontists, and myofunctional therapists, he can offer relief to patients suffering from more complex presentations including cranial, cervicogenic, and orofacial in nature.    Typical presentations for these types of patients include postural asymmetries, visual convergence, headaches, neck, and jaw pain that are breathing and posture related.   Additionally, his Postural Restoration Certified™ and AIA ™ fellowship training allows him the ability to have proficiency in dental and physical therapy integration including advanced training in airway, dental oral appliances, and visual dysfunctions as they relate to body asymmetries.

His background in academia includes teaching for the University of Houston as an adjunct professor, while offering students advanced concepts in sports medicine and applied kinesiology.   Additionally, James has taught continuing education courses to PT’s and OT’s in the hospital-based outpatient setting including Texas Orthopedic Hospital, Bayshore Medical Center, and University of Texas Medical Branch.   Lastly, James prides himself on joining the faculty of Applied Integration Academy ™ (AIA) and helping with the goal of educating the dental community on the significance of the body’s influence on occlusion and airway.

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing. It is the responsibility of credentialed providers to update the Postural Restoration Institute if their license or certification has expired, been suspended, or revoked, so that they can be removed from the PRI Find a Provider map. As Postural Restoration Institute places this responsibility on providers, it cautions consumers that they should not rely on Postural Restoration Institute’s website as evidence of a provider’s current licensure or certification status. Instead, the Postural Restoration Institute recommends that patients and clients wishing to verify a provider’s current licensure or certification status contact the relevant regulatory boards or reach out directly to the provider to ask for current verification of his or her licensure or certification. The Postural Restoration Institute is not liable for and disclaims any responsibility for services performed by PRI Credentialed providers.
