I have been interested in human asymmetry and Postural Restoration (PRI) since 2013 when I was first exposed to the science. I achieved Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) in 2018. My business partners are also PRC’s and share the mission of continually innovating and evolving our therapy practices in order to give our patients the best possible care. Our shared passion for staying on the cutting edge of physical therapy techniques led to the opening of Alpine Physical Therapy in 2016. After receiving our Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees (DPT) from the University of Puget Sound in 2009, we each went to work for different practices in the Seattle area, but continued to mentor one another and pursue advanced training together, including receiving our board certifications in orthopedics (OCS).  My evaluations include gait, posture and functional movement assessments to look for compensatory patterns that may be contributing to your injury. Treatments are individualized to be meaningful, efficient and restorative. I believe in a comprehensive approach to physical therapy that involves multiple systems to address problem areas contributing to your pain and functional limitations. Seeing improvements in my own daily life and returning from sports injuries is what has given me the passion to guide others along their own journeys in physical therapy.
I grew up in Driggs, Idaho, a small ski town near Jackson, Wyoming, and have been snowboarding, hiking and recreating in the mountains for most of my life. I feel blessed to have called the Northwest my home since 2002. My family and I love traveling, camping, home remodeling projects and trying new local restaurants. I also enjoy playing soccer, running and taking part in all the great outdoor activities that Seattle offers.
