Matthew Uohara is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA.  He holds a Masters in Human Movement.  Matthew has studied Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization through the Prague Rehabilitation School, he is Postural Restoration Trained ™ through the Postural Restoration Institute in Lincoln, Nebraska and is a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist.  Matthew trains athletes from all the professional ranks including the NFL, NBA, NHL, WTA and MLB.  In addition to this he prepares individuals for both the Summer and Winter Olympics.

Originally born on the Big Island of Hawaii, Matthew now resides in Los Angeles, CA where he lives with his two dogs, Lulu and Belle.

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing.
