PRC Credentialing Earned (PRCに認定された年）: 2013 PRI Courses Completed (これまで修了した講習会の種類) : マイオキネマティックリストレーション ポスチュラルレスピレーション ペルビスリストレーション Impingement & Instability Advanced Integration Cervical-Cranio-Mandibular Restoration Postural-Visual Integration 1984年静岡県静岡市生。幼少期より神奈川県横須賀市浦賀で過ごす。2003年神奈川県立横須賀高校卒業、2004年に渡米し、2008年ジョージアサザン大学アスレティックトレーニング学科卒業。NFLでの1年のインターンを経て、2009年北フロリダ大学大学院・理学療法博士課程入学、2012年卒。外来整形外科クリニックで理学療法士として働いたのち、2014年よりARUKAS QUEEN KUMAGAYAでPT兼ATとして現職。コンタクトスポーツであるラグビー、特に女子の現場での怪我予防に力を入れている。
