Raulan received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Andrews University in Dayton, Ohio in 1997. His undergraduate degree was in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1994. Raulan was in the first class to receive Postural Restoration Certification in 2004. His practice has centered around PRI principles and treatment since 2000. Raulan is the Founder and Owner of ProActive Physical Therapy in Burley, Idaho.  His practice specializes in the non-surgical treatment of back, neck, hip, and knee pain, as well as headaches. Raulan was the first therapist in the Northwest to obtain certification from the Postural Restoration Institute. Raulan has held a position as an Associate Faculty member of the Postural Restoration Institute. He has lectured to hundreds of physical therapists, physicians and health care practitioners across the country. His practice therefore draws patients from many surrounding states. His clients include athletes at all level of traditional sports as well as professional golfers, skiers, cyclists, and kayakers.
