Tomikazu Hama is a Japan Sport Association Certified Athletic Trainer (JSPO-AT) originally from Matsumoto City, Nagano Prefecture. After graduating from the Department of Sports Medical Science at Teikyo University’s Faculty of Medical Technology, he attended Kuretake Gakuen Tokyo Medical Professional Training College and obtained licenses as an acupuncturist, moxibustion therapist, and massage therapist. He has been a support staff for the Japan Deaf Badminton Association since 2016 and worked at the national team’s training camps and international competitions. Tomikazu also works at the Clinical Laboratory R³, one of PR Centers in Japan, providing conditioning support for clients. He became PRP-Japan in 2025, and currently lives in Osaka.

At the time of PRI Credentialing, providers are required to submit verification of current licensure or certification status to determine eligibility for PRI Credentialing. It is the responsibility of credentialed providers to update the Postural Restoration Institute if their license or certification has expired, been suspended, or revoked, so that they can be removed from the PRI Find a Provider map.
